My name's Chris, I'm the founder of Rehumanise Counselling.
I'm committed to making safe, affordable, high quality counselling and wellbeing support available to as many people as possible. I work with people online and in person.
I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can be difficult, especially when there's so much advice available on the web and via AI, but I genuinely believe there's something essential that counselling offers - the human to human connection.
I encourage people to consider counselling as a place where they can pause, reflect and have someone listen, offer alternatives and sometimes just be there - without judgement, without an agenda.
